Company Principal Ronan Brosnan has extensive experience in the construction, property and insurance industries working with many of the top architectural, construction and insurance claim firms in Ireland. Ronan has been involved in residential and commercial developments, conservation, education and general contracting projects as well as property damage insurance claims.
Prior to founding Brosnan Quantity Surveyors, Ronan worked for 5 years with Professional Quantity Surveying firm, Olaf F. Maxwell and Associates and 5 years with Joseph Lane and Sons Builders in Cork. Ronan also spent some time as a Loss Adjuster with Cunningham Lindsey Loss Adjusters.

Ronan Brosnan is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Insurance Institute of Ireland. Brosnan Quantity Surveyors is registered by the Central Bank to undertake loss assessing services in Ireland.
